As our new Supply Chain Specialist, your daily mission is to ensure that various logistical processes related to warehouse and transport activities run smoothly from A to Z. On the one hand, you have the operational planning under control: scheduling the incoming/outgoing goods, ensuring a timely and qualitative delivery to our customers. On the other hand, you plan ahead on a tactical level and use your entrepreneurial side to help us professionalize our Supply Chain processes.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Being the first point of contact in all areas of our Supply Chain at operational level
• Communicate with our partners to ensure quality deliveries
• Manage various administrative & logistical processes concerning warehouse activities
• Arrange every logistical step once a deal has been made: giving instructions to the warehouse, arranging transport, taking care of customs, handling the invoices and administering the documents
• Maintain an overview, while keeping track of your entire order book

You are an accurate, organized, and driven person with a knack for communication. You function well in a team, making sure that process improvements are being implemented. You have a good eye for spotting problems and coming up with solutions for improvements. You take initiative, which helps you navigate through challenges.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain & Logistics
• You are fluent in English and Dutch
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and have proven knowledge in the world of logistics
•  You are proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is a plus
• You are flexible, decisive, and proactive. You think along, come up with solutions and achieve positive results for all stakeholders involved
